① Speak with an associate to set up your rental account.
Provide your name, email, phone number, a valid credit card, and a government‑issued photo ID.

② Process payment for your order on our website or through the payment link we send you.

③ Download and set up the storage‑facility app on your phone.

④ Review the navigation guide we send, including a map of the building entrance and a video showing the path to your locker.

⑤ Drive to our location, enter through the automatic bay doors, park inside, and walk to your locker.

⑥ Open the app and tap the blue locker icon. The locker will open automatically.

⑦ Pick up your rental, then tap the blue icon again to close the locker.
